Manager's Message

Sri Sathya Sai Arts and Science College is the first ever aided college in the name of Sri Sathya Sai Baba. The college fostered by Sri Sathya Sai Orphanage Trust-Kerala is one of its kind in many ways, be it the free lunch program where students and staff of the college are provided with free vegetarian lunch or the unique decision taken by the management to give away all the management seats to the university, so that, these seats could be filled by the University on the basis of pure merit. The college upholds high ideals and sets its own model of not reducing into a market commodity. This decision was taken upholding the teachings of Bhagawan Sri Sathya Sai Baba. He taught us that education is not a business commodity. In this age where education has unfortunately turned into means of making huge amount of money, Sri Sathya Sai Arts and Science College is the first ever aided college in the state to take such a decision.

Students are the future leaders of the country. The staff and management of Sri Sathya Sai Arts and Science College are working tirelessly to help students to grow into leaders, succeeding not merely in exams but also in life. Various programs and club activities are held in college throughout the academic year to promote all round development of our students. I believe that every student is gifted with some talent or skill. Some might be good singers, some might dance well, there could be artists sitting silently in one corner of the class and some of you might be excellent orators. My advice to students is, apart from learning the subjects taught in class, find that gift inherent in you, nurture it and let it grow high. May God bless everyone to achieve greater heights.
